Born and raised in Modena (Italy), Valeria began her professional journey at Emilia Romagna
Theatre, while holding a BSc in Economics and Social Sciences. Honing her acting skills,
Valeria gained a BA (Hons) in Acting from the Civic Academy of Dramatic Arts of Udine (Italy) in 2009. She has a track record of vital and edgy theatre on the Italian scene.
In 2013, Valeria moved to London keen to embrace the multicultural environment. In 2017, she graduated from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, with an MA in Applied Theatre, which has lead to collaborations with Outside Edge Theatre Company and Only Connect, amongst others. She now continues to train and perform with professional actors in London, while fostering her comic talent with Joyce Henderson from Complicité (2016) and Peta Lily (2018). She has participated in a project addressing the current climate crisis using the technique of Forum Theatre (Calder Bookshop Theatre, 2019). She is also one-to-one SEN support in a college in South London. Somewhere in between all these commitments she is also finding time to dedicate to WCT!
